There are two ways that we can ship these free invoice stuffers to you. You can order them with one of your orders for other billable merchandise or if you are ordering these separately without any other billable merchandise we will send you an invoice for the freight charges plus our less than minimum charge of $5.00. We will not hold an order for invoice stuffers only to be added on to a future order of billable merchandise.
